Website content and guide prices are provided in good faith and may be updated. A service is not booked until availability, suitability, scope and price have been confirmed by The Tailored Pet Co.

Quotations

Final prices depend on location, duration, number and type of pets, service timing and any additional care requirements. Travel, waiting time and holiday supplements are confirmed before booking.

Introductions and care information

New clients are expected to provide complete, accurate information about access, routines, behaviour, health, medication, veterinary contacts and emergency arrangements.

Animal welfare and safety

We may decline or stop a service where information has been withheld, an animal presents an unmanageable risk or continuing would compromise animal or human welfare. Veterinary advice may be sought in an emergency where the owner cannot be reached.

Cancellations and detailed service agreement

Cancellation periods, payment timing, key handling and conditions relating to each service are confirmed in the detailed client agreement issued before the first booking. That agreement takes precedence over this website summary.
